ورشة العمل ستقام على مدار يومين ( ٢٨ - ٢٩ / ٨ / ٢٠٢٢)

‏This fast-paced and hands-on workshop brings new insights into how to make breakthrough improvements using powerful design of experiments (DOE) techniques. Start by learning about using factorial designs for finding “vital few” factors you need to focus on from “trivial many”. Discover usually missed interactions that often demonstrate to be the key to success. Efficiently manage your resources with modern small-run designs that save time and money experimenting. Transition from factorials to response surface methods (RSM) to optimize your products and processes. Tie all of this together by learning how to use powerful ANOVA analysis methods that give you confidence in your findings. The workshop will focus on the use of “Design-Expert” software.

‏3. Interpret analysis of variance (ANOVA).

‏4. Discover hidden interactions.

‏5. Capitalize on efficient small-run fractional designs for screening or characterization.

‏6. Use power to properly size designs.

(RSM when, why and how?)

‏1. Follow the strategy of experimentation from screening to response surface methods.

‏2. Set up central composite (CCD) and optimal designs.

‏3. Select appropriate regression models with model reduction.

‏4. Optimize multiple responses.
