Pharmaceutical analysis

The overall objective of this research area is to development of new analytical methods for determination of different drugs in raw, pharmaceutical preparations and biological fluids using different instrumental analysis like CE, HPLC, spectrofluorimetric and spectrophotometric analysis in addition to NMR as new analytical technique. The research is also concerned with the development of green analytical methods, new eco-friendly extraction techniques and stability studies of active constituents. Moreover, some applications of chemometrics are utilized in pharmaceutical analysis like experimental design that is used for simultaneous optimization of influencing factors and multiple responses, which enables postulation of optimum conditions for separation and/or determination and application of image processing using digitally enhanced thin layer chromatography as cost effective technique.
