Mansoura University has achieved a new achievement at the international level, by making remarkable progress in the Spanish "Simago" classification of universities for the year 2022.

Mansoura University has advanced 42 positions to be ranked 606 at the international level, compared to rank 648 for the year 2021.
It is worth mentioning that the "Simago" rating uses three factors: scientific research, citations and scientific cooperation, the institution's website, Each of the three factors has indicators and a percentage in the overall evaluation. The "SCimago" classification includes sub-measurements related to the number of research available on the Scopus database, the number of the institution's outputs in cooperation with foreign institutions, as well as the citation rate, the number of internationally published research compared to the number of researchers, and Patented.
