Section Message
The Department of Biochemistry seeks to build and disseminate an understanding of the biochemical basis of life. The department is characterized by academic excellence in the quality of educational and research activities and community service to obtain regional, national and international recognition, as the department contributes to raising awareness of the community and the surrounding environment of medical problems and ways to identify and confront them.

To act as a recognized source of knowledge and practical experience in the presence of an advanced infrastructure to serve scientific research.

Providing high quality private clinical programs for pharmacy education and better community service.
Department goals
- Teaching the courses entrusted to the department to students using modern technological techniques
- Developing practical and applied skills for students
- The use of non-traditional methods in teaching and learning
- Excellence in teaching the courses assigned to the department
- Continuous development of teaching curricula to ensure the preparation of a pharmacist capable of keeping pace with the needs of the labor market and the surrounding community
