Scientific research in its general sense is an organized human behavior that aims to investigate the validity of information or hypothesis, in addition to clarifying any phenomenon, whether visible or invisible, to know its causes and mechanisms of treatment. This behavioral system aims to grow human awareness and increase his ability to deal with the surrounding environment, which affects and is positively reflected on the life of the individual, society and country. The Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura University, has a promising infrastructure of laboratories, offices, conference rooms, study halls and laboratories, equipped with modern equipment and highly qualified support services. Among the rational administrative decisions of the administration of the Faculty of Pharmacy in order to advance scientific research in the faculty is the establishment of the Office of Training and Research Service at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura University.

The office aims to raise the level of research skills of faculty members and post graduate students at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura University, to prepare researchers at an internationally competitive level to contribute to the advancement of the faculty and university classification among local and international universities. Overcoming the difficulties facing researchers by providing them with assistance and conducting various lectures and workshops to transfer expertise between researchers.

This will be done by attracting a large number of distinguished and experienced researchers from the university and regional environment to conduct workshops and hold scientific lectures in order to keep pace with the global movement of scientific research and to prepare a generation of researchers fully aware of all matters of scientific research as well as rights and duties.
