Drug Development

Drug development research area is focused on applying synthetic methodologies, and medicinal chemistry fundamentals and concepts for drug discovery and development.  Moreover, in silico studies for virtual monitoring and screening of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of developed molecules are additional activities in the drug development process.  Estimation of the potential biological and pharmacological activities of the developed molecules as preclinical investigations on experimental animals and in vitro studies are essential complementary steps in the drug development pathway.
