Research writing standards
Abstracts submitted for session lectures and poster presentations will be reviewed on the basis of scientific merit, seriousness and practicality. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words and should be written in English including title and naming of the lead author with full contact details (organization, postal address, email, telephone, fax) and co-authors
For oral presenters
The scheduled accepted abstracts for lecture session presentations will be grouped by topics (conference tracks). You will be notified of your session and time via email. Also check out the on-site meeting program.
For poster providers
Poster sessions will take place between 9am-5pm. The author(s) should be available during breaks and lunchtime to answer questions, expand the material and participate in discussions. The following guidelines will be supported.
Accepted abstracts scheduled for poster session presentation will be grouped by topic (conference tracks). You will be notified of your session and time via email. Also check out the on-site meeting program.
Labels must be attached to the designated panels. Locate your poster number in the meeting program. Your poster number will be posted on your board before setting up.
The poster session is located in the conference area.
The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that have not been removed by the end of each session.
poster design
The size of the poster should not be more than 120-150 cm width / height - 90-100 cm high / width
Use a clear typeface and, if possible, a laser printer.
Labels must be legible from a distance of 2 to 2 metres. Therefore, your text should be at least 24 points to facilitate reading.
It is important to have capital letters for the title, author and affiliation of the publisher; Title font size should not be less than 48 points.
Graphs and figures should be readable from a distance of two metres.
