What is accreditation?
It is the recognition granted by the (National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education) to the university if it can achieve effective education according to
National Standards.
Conditions for applying for accreditation
1. Availability of university self-study: It is one of the basic means of self-evaluation and is based on the description and diagnosis of the current situation.
The organization is based on ten criteria
2. Availability of a strategic plan jointly developed by all concerned parties from inside and outside the university, and its objectives must be in line with the goals of sustainable development and Egypt’s Vision 2030.
Participate in preparing the strategic plan
Through quality committees, college councils and university councils.
A new strategic plan is being prepared
Invitation to participate in the preparation
3. 60% of university faculties obtain accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education
