Vacancies at the University Performance Development Center - Mansoura University
Director of the Administrative Development Unit, Director of the Training and Continuous Qualification Unit, Director of the Statistical Consulting Unit, and Director of the Translation, Authoring and Publishing Unit.
Application requirements and selection criteria:
• The applicant should be a faculty member at Mansoura University.
• That he/she have the time to prepare monthly training programs for the unit, coordinate with trainers, and follow up and supervise all the unit's work.
Preferably someone who has experience in organizing events, workshops and conferences, which aims to improve the capabilities of faculty members, the supporting staff, and administrators at the university.

A work plan for the unit for a period of one year from its date:
The action plan should include a specific time frame and a well-defined “dated” agenda for training courses and workshops, as well as suggestions for trainers and internal and external partners with whom to partner.
It should include the target groups for training, the objectives and the wills expected to be achieved.
It also includes a marketing plan for the services provided by the unit.
