Research interest:

1. Biotransformation of medicinal plant wastes into valuable chemicals and pharmaceuticals using two stage fermentation protocol.

2. Phytochemical investigation of medicinal plant wastes for purification and isolation of different active constituents of these wastes.
 
3. Derivatization of these active constituents into biologically active compounds using microorganisms
