- Providing students, faculty and staff with the necessary skills to use communication and information technologies in the educational process.
- Providing training courses and workshops for faculty and administrative staff to deal with information technology.
- Training faculty members and the supporting staff on converting the learning resources of the courses into electronic courses.
- Training faculty members, supporting staff and students to create accounts on the websites designated for them.
- Providing students, faculty and staff with academic and administrative data and easy access to it.
- Collecting and publishing college news and periodic updating of college data on the college’s official website.
- Managing the college’s beneficiaries’ accounts for faculty members, students, and college employees.
- Raising the efficiency of the infrastructure and challenging it for computer networks in the college.
- Carrying out the required expansions for the college network, in coordination and cooperation with the university network, in order to achieve the required goals and policies.
- Do periodic maintenance of computers and their accessories, study deficiencies, analyze malfunctions, and develop appropriate solutions for computer systems.
- Preparing reports on the state of equipment and laboratories.
- Designing and operating audio-visual systems to serve the educational process.
- Follow up the technical use of the network and provide technical support to users.
